Псевдореферендумы оккупированных территорий на войну никак не повлияют, хотя Кремль с какого-то бодуна считает, что это станет предлогом для Путина начать "всеобщую мобилизацию".
Давайте посмотрим, что будет в этом случае.

Допустим, Кремль мобилизует желанный миллион человек. Из тех кто служил, из тех, кто не убежал и из тех кто молодой, лет до 30, это будет не больше четверти. Ну, допустим, у Кремля есть этот миллион новобранцев. Что дальше? Воевать они сразу не смогут.

Где российская армия возьмет миллион бронежилетов? Миллион шлемов? Миллион пар носков, трусов и формы военной? Это же надо одномоментно удвоить всю российскую армию. А мы знаем, что прямо сейчас на те же броники, шлемы и трусы для воюющих собирают пожертвованиями с нищих учителей.

Второй вопрос — обучение.
Даже просто держать и заряжать автомат нужно учить хотя бы неделю. Обычной дисциплине — месяц минимум. Я уже не говорю о всяких там приемах войны и прочем. Официальный срок обучения — ГОД, он установлен самой рос армией.
В реальности обучить более-менее адекватного военного можно за 3-4 месяца, но и то, в итоге это будет резервист, которому нужно быть позади основных сил и набираться опыта.
Таким образом, даже набрав миллион, кремль сможет подготовить их в лучшем случае к январю/февралю. Не самое удобное время для начала боевых действий...

Но - учить некому. Всех более-менее опытных вояк уже забрали на фронт.
Обычно для создания боеспособного подразделения мобилизованных миксуют с опытными. Тут же миксовать уже особо не с кем. Ну и миллион уж точно некуда будет деть.
То есть будет как в Великую Отечественную под Москвой, когда "пушечное мясо" вынужденно бросали в бой сразу после мобилизации — лишь бы прикрыть дыры на фронте.
При этом, не надо забывать, что украинцы воюют хорошо мотивированными и подготовленными частями.

Проблемы возникнут уже тогда, когда этот миллион человек просто доставят на фронт. Даже сейчас логистика рос. армии едва справляется с нынешней нагрузкой. А в случае мобилизации она вырастет в 5-6 раз. Банально, еду неоткуда будет брать! я уж не говорю про все остальное. И где взять столько техники для новых, необученных солдат?

Если рос. армия будет использовать мобилизованных как "пушечное мясо", аналогично мобикам из "ЛДНР", то опять-таки, никаких результатов это не принесет. Только огромные жертвы и народный гнев, который будет уже не усмирить пропагандой и деньгами (их не хватит даже на все похоронные)

Учитывая все эти факторы, считаю, что мобилизация в ее экстренном виде сейчас — бессмысленна и не принесет никакого адекватного результата.
Зато они получат под осень и зиму миллион ртов, которые надо кормить где-то на военных базах и держать под контролем — что весьма взрывоопасно для российской армии и власти.

P.S. Мобилизации подлежат те, кто служил в армии, то есть старше 19 лет. Обычно мобилизацию проводят волнами. Начинают с молодых и дальше по необходимости. Забирать по мобилизации срочников, которые служат сейчас, тоже вроде бы нельзя, по закону. Но безумный старый диктатор может придумать что угодно...

In reality, it's possible to train a more or less adequate military man in 3-4 months, but even then, in the end, he will be a reservist who needs to be behind the main forces and gain experience.
Thus, even having collected a million, Kremlin will be able to prepare them at best by January/February. Not the best time to start fighting...

But there is no one to teach. They have already taken all the more or less experienced warriors to front.
Usually, to create a combat-ready unit, the mobilized are mixed with experienced ones. Here there is no one to mix with. Well, a million certainly will have nowhere to put it.
That's, it will be like in WW II near Moscow, when "cannon fodder" was forced to be thrown into battle immediately after mobilization - just to cover holes at front.
At the same time, one should not forget that the Ukrainians are fighting with well-motivated and trained units.

Problems will arise already when this million people are simply delivered to the front. Even now, the logistics of Russian army can hardly cope with current load. And in the case of mobilization, it will grow by 5-6 times. It's trite, they won't even get food from anywhere! I'm not talking about everything else. And where to get so much equipment for new, untrained soldiers?

If Russian army will be use the mobilized as "cannon fodder", similarly to those mobilized in LDPR, then again, this willn't bring any results. Only huge sacrifices and popular anger, which they will no longer be able to pacify with propaganda and money (Kremlin doesn't have enough money even for all funeral payments)

Considering all these factors, we believe that mobilization in its emergency form now is pointless and will not bring any adequate result.
But they will receive a million mouths before autumn and winter, which must be fed somewhere at military bases and kept under control - which very explosive for Russian army and government.

P.S. Only those who served in army, that's, over 19 years old, are subject to mobilization. Usually mobilization is carried out in waves.
