However, after Canada and Germany, in violation of sanctions, handed over the turbine, on July 26, the THIRD gas compressor unit was stopped at the Portovaya compressor station and gas pumping through Nord Stream decreased to 33 million cubic meters per day — or to 20% of pipeline capacity.

🤷🏻In turn, Reuters reported that Moscow itself is dragging the situation: Moscow had so far not provided the documents needed to import the turbine into Russia, including details on where exactly to deliver it and via which customs station.
