Putin was informed of the incident last, when Patrushev's life was no longer in danger.

▪️Патрушев, признавая проблемы продвижения российских войск по территории Украины, одной из основных причин назвал высокую квалификацию военного руководства Украины, а главнокомандующего ВСУ Залужного назвал "гениальным управленцем" с явным укором в сторону Шойгу и представителя Генштаба, который к тому времени присоединился к закрытой части совещания.

Шойгу, еще в конце марта переживший организованный ФСБ "инфаркт", помалкивал в тряпочку...

On the eve of Patrushev's poisoning, on July 15, Putin held an operational meeting with permanent members of RF Security Council, at which "mobilization's perspectives" and the situation at front were discussed.

After the main part via video link, Putin continued the meeting in a narrow circle.
