Governor of Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said a "series of loud noises", as a result of which 11 high-rise buildings were damaged.
▪️Gladkov also said that the Russian air defense had worked on some object (quite possibly, on its own). The video shows something exploding in the sky, followed by an explosion on the ground.
