Known as the #Halcon program, the order will cover the delivery of a fleet of E-Scan (Electronically Scanned) radar-equipped fighter aircraft consisting of 16 single-seaters and 4 twin-seaters to replace the F-18 fleet operated by the Spanish Air Force on the Canary Islands.

During the week Russian military will be "work out the skills to capture in POW, conducting reconnaissance patrols and disabling enemy communications."

❗️Kaliningrad officials have been ordered to fill bomb shelters with mattresses and food.
The authorities are seriously preparing for the start of hostilities, but so far nothing has been announced to the residents of the region.

Officials were asked to be on standby in the next few days, warning that further developments would depend on whether Lithuania lifts restrictions on the transit of goods into the region from mainland Russia.

Earlier in Kaliningrad, trains were seen transporting armored vehicles to the border.
