Putin's red-brown ideology has taken the worst of Nazism and Bolshevism and mixed it with the caricatured oligarchy of the Dunno on the Moon fairy tale. The result is a product that has no analogues in the world.

👉For several weeks now, Russian propaganda has been sucking at the image of an old woman who came out to meet Ukrainian soldiers with a Soviet flag — for the simple reason that there are no other flags in the homes of old (this is not your America here, no one holds flags at home).
Ukrainian soldiers gave her food and took away the flag. That's and all.
But in Russia, this comical story was made a symbol of the "struggle for the USSR."

❗️And this is the personification of today's Russia. A decrepit grandmother in beggarly rags, with the flag of a collapsed and rotten empire against the backdrop of a flaming fuck up.

If you think about this story more deeply, then the grandmother with Soviet flag perfectly reflects the main motto of Putin's Russia, its deep doctrine and the true goal of the invasion of Ukraine: we ourselves did not live well and we willn't allow others to live well.
