Deputy Prime Minister of Poland Yaroslav Kaczynski considers it expedient to strengthen the eastern flank of #NATO with nuclear weapons to deter Moscow's aggression.

“If the Americans asked us to store US nuclear weapons in Poland, we would be open to it. This would significantly increase the containment of Moscow,” Kaczynski said.

According to him, the initiative should come from the Americans. But in principle it makes sense to extend nuclear weapons to NATO's eastern flank.

▪️In addition, Poland also called for an increase in the American presence in Europe from the current 100,000 to 150,000 soldiers. 75,000 soldiers are to be permanently stationed on the eastern flank, that is, on the borders with Russia, and 50,000 in the Baltic and Poland.
