В общем, схема всё та же, что и с защитой "русского мира" в ДНР-ЛНР. Таким образом, Кремль уже много лет избавляется от тех, кого считает "генетическим мусором".

Тем, кто согласился, обещана полная амнистия в случае возвращения живым после участия в боевых действиях. Примечательно, что таким мобилизованным не позволяют видеться с родными и вообще информировать их о своем участии в войне в Украине.
