Почему американцы спутали украинский Чернигов с русским Черновым (или же с Черновцами, но это вообще на границе с Румынией 🙃), как минимум, непонятно...
Потому что от Чернова до Киева вообще 683 км! Может, там уже и Кремль окружили? Спросите кто-нибудь у Пентагона))
