The separatists, in response, blame the Ukrainian army and claim that the Ukrainian military is shelling 10 settlements on the line of contact.
The #OSCE mission found more than 100 pieces of militant equipment in the Donbas, which was outside the storage areas. 82 tanks, 38 howitzers and 10 self-propelled artillery mounts were recorded — which is prohibited by the Minsk agreements.
