In the village of Luganskaya, separatists fired at the Skazka kindergarten while children were there. Three employees of the kindergarten were shell-shocked, fortunately they managed to hide the children in the basement.

Были обстреляны также жд станция и локомотивное депо.
Половина населенного пункта осталась без электричества.
Был перебит газопровод высокого давления: без газоснабжения осталось 70 квартир и 96 частных домов.
