Subdivisions and military units of the Eastern Military District of the Armed Forces of Russia and the Armed Forces of Belarus have begun combat coordination at the Domanovsky, Gozhsky, Obuz-Lesnovsky, Brestsky and Osipovichsky training grounds, the RF Ministry of Defense reported.

🇷🇺Division of coastal missile systems "Bal" deployed in Dagestan to monitor the maritime situation on Caspian coast.
DBK "Bal" is designed to defend the places of permanent deployment of ships that ensure security in the waters of Caspian Sea, as well as land units of the Caspian Flotilla.
Bal complex can fire rockets in volleys or single launches.
For most of the flight, the missile flies close to surface of the sea, making it difficult to intercept and destroy by missile defense systems.

БРК «Бал» предназначен для обороны мест постоянной дислокации кораблей, обеспечивающих безопасность в акватории Каспийского моря, а также сухопутных подразделений Каспийской флотилии.
«Бал» может вести ракетную стрельбу залпами или одиночными пусками.
Большую часть полета ракета летит близко к поверхности моря, что затрудняет ее перехват и поражение средствами противоракетной обороны.
