Two companies at once - British and American - created their own "flying taxi".
🇬🇧U.K.-based Bellwether Industries has released footage of the first flight tests of a half-scale prototype of its Volar eVTOL (electric vertical take off and landing) aircraft, which flew at an altitude of 13 feet (4 meters) at a speed of 40 km/h.
🇺🇸US startup ZEVA Aero also showed off its electric air taxi, which is capable of flying up to 80 km at a speed of 250 km/h.
