And in response to NATO's non-expansion to the East, the White House put forward a counter proposal to the Kremlin - to withdraw Russian troops from 🇺🇦#Ukraine, 🇬🇪#Georgia and 🇲🇩#Moldova.
The documents also make clear that Russia will not have veto power over the presence of nuclear weapons, troops or conventional arms in NATO countries.
