It's still not known exactly how many people were on board (according to TASS, 10, not 9).
The regional head office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations also did not confirm the route of the flight, saying that the plane was "not from Orenburg."
The general impression — 11 hours after the crash, no one still knows shit, except for the fact that plane crashed at 3.18 am.

It's possible that the incident was linked to the arrest of drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero in another part of Sinaloa on Friday.

🇬🇷🇺🇦Shortly after takeoff, one of the An-12's engines caught fire, the pilot requested an emergency landing from the Greek air traffic controller at the nearby Kavala airport, but crashed in a cornfield about two kilometers from the city of Pagayo.
Locals reported seeing the fireball and hearing explosions during two hours after the crash.
All eight crew members were killed. All of them were citizens of Ukraine.

🇬🇷🇺🇦Вскоре после взлета у Ан-12 загорелся один из двигателей, пилот запросил у греческого диспетчера экстренную посадку в близлежащем аэропорту Кавала, но разбился в кукурузном поле примерно в двух километрах от города Пагайо.
Местные жители сообщили, что видели огненный шар и слышали взрывы еще в течение двух часов после крушения.
Все восемь членов экипажа погибли. Все они были гражданами Украины.
