The "black boxes" from the AN-26 that crashed near Chuguev in the Kharkiv region have been deciphered, but there will still be examinations. This was stated by Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Defense Igor Voronchenko at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense and Intelligence.
He stressed that "there are no final versions so far."
