We thank all of our customers for your support during this period, and if you have benefitted from our service, be it from HTB/bypass/resale, we would like to welcome you to share a short review about our services, and you will be entitled to a 10% discount on your next HTB/bypass service. Handling ticketing for one of the biggest k-pop acts has been a challenging experience for us, and it has been tough on us.
Nonetheless, we would like to take this opportunity to publicly recognise and acknowledge that we had some lapses during the sales period, For example, due to overwhelming demand, we understand that our response times were slower than expected. However, we are working on streamlining this through increasing manpower/resources during sale periods.
We are actively looking to improve further through your feedback. As such, we welcome any of our customers who wish to share their experiences or suggestions, be it good or bad to PM us anytime. As concert goers ourselves, we recognise the stress and effort that goes into securing times, and we truly appreciate the patience and dedication. We do our best to provide the best service to everyone where possible.
We would also like to clarify a few facts:
Channel Operations
We have received multiple reports suggesting that we own or operate various ticketing channels. We would like to clarify that CtrlTix is our only ticketing channel. In a free market, it is expected for new ticketing channels to emerge, some of which may operate in a similar manner. However, CtrlTix remains an independent platform, with our operations, resources, and decision-making entirely separate. We operate independently and do not share resources for HTB/bypass services with any other channels.
Resale Tickets
We strive to allocate the best seats for our HTB customers whenever possible, and many customers have gotten the best seats from us. However, we also have agreements with partners to post resale tickets. To clarify:
1. Resale tickets listed do not always belong to us; in these cases, we act as a selling platform on behalf of our partners.
2. Better seats appearing for resale may be due to ticket releases in multiple waves. After fulfilling HTB allocations, we may obtain additional tickets that become available for resale.
Additionally, we have received numerous enquiries asking if we offer services to sell tickets on behalf of individuals. We would like to clarify that we do not provide this service. Our resale listings are strictly limited to tickets from our official partners.
We do not prioritize resale over HTB allocations. However, pricing for resale tickets is determined by our partners, and we have no control over these prices. In addition, customers who wait for resale take on the risk of limited availability.
Conclusion
As one of the largest ticketing channels in Singapore, our reputation and trust with our customers are of the utmost importance. When concerns and accusations arise, we take them seriously and believe in open communication. We welcome feedback from our customers, as it helps us improve our services.
Through the issues that arose during SEVENTEEN's ticket sales, we have taken note of areas that require improvement and will review our internal policies to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
