About 80% of our buyers managed to secure tickets through our bypass links service, for all categories ranging from VIP to Cat 6, across SINGAPORE, BANGKOK and JAKARTA. Check out the various successes here.
Help to Buy
We managed to secure some VIP for our HTB customers, however, most were not able to get their desired tickets. The sale was especially hard for us for everyone, and we have tried our best to ensure all customers who can get VIP got the tickets. While disappointing, we are happy that we managed to secure tickets in other categories for our HTB customers. Although we have had success for VIP for majority of other concerts, SEVENTEEN was clearly different and really tough. Moving forward, we will also be reviewing our procedures internally to ensure that we can accommodate more buyers.
It has been a sleepless 3 nights for us, and our inbox is flooded with hundreds of messages, so we thank everyone for being patient with us throughout. Your support is deeply appreciated and we are really glad to see that a number of people managed to get tickets through our services 🙏

Help to Buy
We managed to secure some VIP for our HTB customers, however, most were not able to get their desired tickets. The sale was especially hard for us for everyone, and we have tried our best to ensure all customers who can get VIP got the tickets. While disappointing, we are happy that we managed to secure tickets in other categories for our HTB customers. Although we have had success for VIP for majority of other concerts, SEVENTEEN was clearly different and really tough. Moving forward, we will also be reviewing our procedures internally to ensure that we can accommodate more buyers.
