A tough sale, with slow queues / lagging on the Ticketmaster website.
Based on our checks as of 5pm, majority of VIP/Cat 4-6 orders are fulfilled.
As for Cat 1-3 orders, our team is still working on securing all orders. It seems Ticketmaster only released a limited amount of tickets for top categories (as seen in the notice), as such we expect more availability in the next 2 sales.
Nonetheless, our team will be trying till sale closes at 10pm, and as usual, do give the team time to collate, we will try our best to get to all customers individually late tonight. Any further important updates will be posted in the channel! 🙏

As of now, it seems that Ticketmaster has closed the sale early and tickets are now sold out.
Our latest checks show many orders have been fulfilled, with mainly CAT 1 and CAT 2 orders still remaining. These orders will be rolled over to the end of General sales as we anticipate more availability.
We truly appreciate everyone’s patience today, and we understand that it has been a stressful sale! Kindly bear with us as we collate all secured tickets and work to update customers on their order status late tonight 🙏

Based on our current checks, we are tentatively looking at a 100% fulfilment rate for HTB orders 🎉 However, our team is still conducting final verification checks to ensure all tickets have been successfully secured and received before making any official confirmation.

This has been one of the most competitive and challenging sales we have ever handled, spanning multiple sales phases, countless hours of monitoring, and a tremendous amount of coordination behind the scenes. We are incredibly grateful to be able to achieve this outcome for our customers. As of now, all NON-VIP customers have been contacted and sent their seat allocation details. Our team has now begun work on VIP allocations, and we expect all remaining VIP customers to be contacted by the end of today or tomorrow. As VIP allocations are more complex, we kindly ask for your continued patience while we finalise everything.
