Today I realized that most of CTOs are not publicly known at all.
We all know that one of parts of a CTO role is to tell the world about the company from the technical perspective. And be as media as possible to get feedback, learn new things, inspire others, and make new acquaintances.
But today I tried to find some kind of interview with a CTO on youtube and got almost nothing besides this interview with the CTO of Amazon. So that either most companies do not require their CTO to be a media person or the CTO themselve don't want to be the voice of the company.
