To put that in perspective, that’s more people than the entire population of Canada, living within a single urban area. Jakarta’s metro region (known as Jabodetabek) spans several once-separate cities that have since grown into one continuous urban mass - and it’s still expanding by hundreds of thousands of people every year. 🌏
