Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Companies Act, and corporate governance norms.
Assist in board meetings, draft minutes, and maintain statutory records.
Handle regulatory filings, secretarial audits, and internal compliance monitoring.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal teams.
0-2 years of experience in compliance, corporate governance, or secretarial roles.
Strong knowledge of NBFC regulations, SEBI, and corporate laws.
