Major Tax Reforms Announced By Finance Minister
1)ITR due date extended for AY 19-20 from 31st March to 30 June
2.)Int. On delayed payment of Tax 9% from 12%.
3.) Int on TDS 9% instead 18% up to 30th june 2020
4)Aadhar link with PAN due date 30.06.2020
5) Vivad se vishwas scheme last date 30th June 2020 without additional 10% payment after 31st March
6.) Income tax proceedings, wealth tax, equalization etc time limit for all 30th June 2020.
7.) Companies turnover less than 5 crore No INt. Nol Late fee No Penalty
More than same then only Int. Charged
Under GST.
8.) Last Date to opt composition scheme 30.06.2020

Announcement relating to
*Income Tax*
1. FY 2018-19 last date of return is now 30.06.2020
2. Delayed payment in respect of FY 2018-19 made would be subject to 9% instead of 12%
3. No extension but on delayed deposit of TDS only reduced interest of 9% will be charged instead of 18%.
4. Adhar Pan linking date extended to 30.06.2020
5. Vivaad se Vishwas scheme date extended date 30.06.2020. No interest at 10%
6. Notice/ statements/ orders/ documents to be submitted before any authority under Capital Gains head/ wealth tax act/ black money act/ benami act etc where time was expiring on 20.03.2020 is now extended to 30.06.2020
