@Laurasuhoward @crazyisrael1: The Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Acts include both funds that support Ukraine directly & indirectly, and funds that are not related to supporting Ukraine. They are fundamentally national security supplementals that address a wider range of unfunded requirements.
