The Lukashenka regime supplies Azerbaijan with EW equipment worth millions of dollars and repairs Baku’s artillery at a Homiel plant.
@politico received a package of documents proving the supply of military products from Belarus to Azerbaijan in 2018-2022, during the active phase of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to the documents, on July 21, 2021, Belspetsvneshtekhnika sent a letter to Ihar Semkouski, director of OJSC Homiel Radio Plant, with a proposal to manufacture parts for military equipment and deliver them to “region 1221” – according to Armenian media, this is how Azerbaijan is referred to in the documents. In the letter, it was proposed to produce parts for Azerbaijani D-20 and D-30 howitzers, 2A36 Giatsint-B and M-46 cannons, BM-21 Grad MLRS, as well as to repair 67 pieces of Gvozdika self-propelled artillery and 14 pieces of Akatsiya self-propelled artillery.

@politico received a package of documents proving the supply of military products from Belarus to Azerbaijan in 2018-2022, during the active phase of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Lukashenka regime wanted to sell 4 Groza-S EW stations to Azerbaijan for $23.5 million, and they had already sold 7 pieces before that.
In addition to repairing various Azerbaijani weapons at the Homiel Radio Plant, the investigators also obtained documents on direct deliveries of the Belarusian Groza-S electronic warfare stations to Azerbaijan, designed to detect, track, suppress control channels and navigation systems of UAVs.
In a letter dated November 18, 2022 from Belspetsvneshtechnika to Deputy Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Ramiz Tahirov, it is proposed to supply Azerbaijan with 4 more pieces of modernized Groza-S, as well as spare parts for the previously supplied ones. The total cost is $23,560,000.
The same letter says that earlier the Lukashenka regime had already supplied Azerbaijan with 7 Groza-S (3 on MAZ chassis and 4 on MZKT chassis). Transportation consignment notes were also received, which confirm this.
