Ukraine plans to attack and disable the Crimean Bridge "in the first half of 2024", an official from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (HUR MO) told The Guardian.
The official added that Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the HUR MO, already had "most of the means to carry out this goal".
