A Liberia-flagged civilian vessel was struck with Kh-31P air-launched anti-radiation missile fired from Russian military aircraft in the vicinity of one of the ports in Odesa Oblast of Ukraine, AFU Operational Command South informed.
According to the statement, one crew-member was killed, while three others were injured (citizens of the Philippines). Photos show the extent of damage to the vessel.

The concentration of Israeli armored vehicles being targeted by shelling of Hamas northwest of Shekih Radwan in northern part of Gaza, with rather poor results for the latter.
The IDF are very lucky that they aren't facing an opponent with greater firepower and fire adjustment capabilities, otherwise many of these vehicles would've been wreckage.

Reading up a bit on what's available on the Kh-31/AS-17 family I think there's a realistic possibility this is the result of a Kh-31PD or PK.
Due to the location of the damage, I find it less likely to have been the active radar Kh-31A.
As always, we have uncertainty here.
