β€’ Group B: Has antigen-B on red cells and anti-A in the serum, meaning it can stick together with A antigen.

β€’ Group AB: Has both A and B antigens on red cells and no antibodies in the serum, so it can receive A, B, AB, and O blood (universal recipient).

β€’ Group O: Has no A or B antigens on red cells but has both anti-A and anti-B in the serum, so it can donate to any group (universal donor).

β€’ Rh Factor: Blood is also classified by the Rhesus (Rh) system, which identifies blood as Rh-positive (with Rh factor) or Rh-negative (without Rh factor)
