How to approach reading articles to extract maximum value?

One example:
This is about ‘dark sky reserve’ coming up in Ladakh. This article, other than dark sky reserve info, shares 4 other imp details.

I’ve written them at the bottom

- Changthang Wildlife Sanctuary (location, diversity, species)
- ‘Homestays’ of ladakh (economy & culture aspect)
