DAF- Not a single question based on it. So many random factual questions, so forgetting many.
1. Freebie culture? Do you think there is need of performance based criteria .
2. What is ‘Right to service’ ? Why there is need of it.
3. What is Jal Jeevan Mission?
4. Other some water related schemes. So many facts were asked.
5. What is Green hydrogen Mission ? Particular aims of the policy .
6. What is green hydrogen Mission? Asked something more about it. Can’t remember.
7. Why not many Bilateral treaties not signed by India ?
8. One treaty signed in last couple of months. Which countries included in that . ( talked about EFTA)
9. What is the unique thing about this treaty. How we can follow legal commitment in realty.
10. What is neighbourhood first policy? Why SAARC is failing ?
11. Situation in Myanmar. China factor. Did India fail to develop attractive factor like China ?
12. EPFO. Info regarding it.
13. Panchyati Raj. Which states have achieved best results ? ( talked about Kerala, MH) - following questions on it.
14. Worst performing states in Panchyati Raj.
15. Special category states. Criteria for that. Which states included?
16. Why Andhra is demanding it ?
( Everyone has very pessimistic faces 😅 members- 2 male, 2 female )
I really feel that at personality test stage , when you are specifically asking for DAF; you should ask questions which will help one to understand personality of person. Even grilling by 1-2 members is also okay, to check calmness of a person , but random prelims facts expectation at PT seems problematic.
Though some of analytical questions asked, once you are successful to make person this uncomfortable, very difficult to bring best out of you. I wish UPSC had system where feedback for panels was also taken.
Anyway- for just in case scenario, read this panel transcripts, as to ask factual questions do not require any intelligence or creativity many are repeating.
Hope for best !

1. Picking up from deepika padukone, there was an issue of kanhaiya kumar and jnu in the past, deepika padukone stood up and faced a backlash. How do you view the whole thing?
2. We think you're too nerdy and scholarly. Tell us something funny or crack a joke.
Might be forgetting some questions.
Overall cordial board. Some grilling with the last member on controversial issues.
Mocks (utility) : Samkalp, Chahal, NextIas, Vajirao. Nowhere close to mocks in my case. In general, I advocate being very open minded and figuring out how to bring out your true self in any situation, with a grasp over your strengths.
All the best!
