Overall Be ready for bouncers. Some times they will ask very general and then switching to Very Specific.

Experience - 2nd interview under the same board. Extremely factual with few opinion based questions(Only M2,M3).More like a viva and less like a PT. Too many questions from taxation even when I told them I'm on EOL.
Hardly any questions from DAF except two from Physics.
Lasted only 15-20 minutes.

Overall Experience :

I was very nervous waiting outside room for my turn but nervousness faded away right after first question and seeing smiling faces of Board members. Board was very cordial, smiling and expressive. The appreciated good answers with ‘Good’ and ‘Very Good’. Member 4 was little confused and mujhe bhi confuse kar raha tha. Overall It was an interactive conversation rather than question and answer session. Questions were emerging out of conversation. They were going into depth of things. Most questions were DAF + Budget + Indo US and Trump based.

Mocks :

Gave 10+ Mocks. Usefull ones were Samkalp , Vision (Faculty + Bureaucrat), GS score, Vajirao and reddy, PWOnlyias. Some Questions were repeated from mocks. Last mocks tak aate aate smile aur facial expression bhi aa gaye the.

Then chairperson directly asked about strategic autonomy. Hum dono ka discussion hua kafi tym tk. India weak tha isiliye non aligned tha, Unka bolna tha ki 1971 m India k pas Russia k weapons the tbhi India war jeet paya aur abhi israel k pas US ka full support h, to India jo strategic autonomy follow kr rha abhi vo sahi h kya??
China 450 million jyada kharch krta h military pe, to agar abhi war ho jaye to India kuchh nhi kr skta kyuki na Russia help krega na US. Unhone ye tk bola ki agar Russia India ko frnd manta h to China ko apna bhai manta h.
So we had a healthy discussion on this and we both were on opposite ends. In last, he said ki mujhse pehle jitne bhi candidates aaye vo bhi rata rataya bol rhe the strategic autonomy pr, to koi to question kro is bat pr. At the end I agreed with sir that we should question things so that we can have reforms.

He asked what will you do as administrator out of these things ( I said it depends on the area) so he said consider it as your distt ( I said Agriculture and then mentioned soil testing and also soil health cards( he asked about them). Maine bola soil profile aur details and mentioned Drone didi ( he asked about it). Maine bola mapping aur women empowerment ( to vo bole drone ka use to sirf ek hi bar hoga to employment bhi bs ek hi bar). To m bola crop rotation krna h to bar bar krna pdega.

Q. You're from MP, why dacoity ended. I didn't know the answer.
Q. chemistry questions - why bottled water have expiry dates ( m bola water ki expiry nhi plastic ki hoti h shayad).
