The board members were very cordial and supportive. There were cross-questions, but I handled them with patience.

a. Greeted hello X, continuing on chairperson discussion, you say there should be balance or should communities themselves resolve this? I said if constitutional aspect of dignity is violated state should intervene, else communities can themselves resolve other matters
b. What is your take on Cock fighting that happens during festivals in AP ? Even MPs/MLAs are known to be involved in this, can communities involve in such issues? I said since betting is involved govt should get involved. He then said, remove the gambling aspect, can communities resolve any other issues amongst themselves or should we ban such practices, say even jallikatu?
c. How to resolve the issue of stray dogs ? I said stakeholder approach and was continuing, to which he immediately abrupted and said don’t use fancy words, if you are adminstrator what would you do ?
d. Since you watch movies, do you justify allu arjun arrest. Was he truly responsible for the stampede?
e. In the past too such events happened, can we still arrest them even now?

All in all, it was a completely different ball game. I went into the place thinking its just another day. This helped me keep my calm. But truth to be told, my heart raced when I was being called to the room. So maintain your calm, don’t get distracted, what people say in mock interviews is not completely relavant.
 
Mocks given : 2-3 panel mocks (one in hyderabad- the worst, 2 in samkalp- the closest one to interview)
4 one to one dicussions with : sangamitra maam from Hyderabad, KSG (khan sir), pranay aggrawal sir for sociology and Mridul sir (overall discussions). In my opinion one to one DISCUSSIONS are more better than these artificial panel mocks. Do give 2 of them to be confident or getting used to answering 4-5 elders.
 
I really thank this telegram channel for its wonderful support mechanism. For those have you who have uploaded, I really thank all of you. It gave a sense of certainty in this uncertain interview. Overall experience : Board was highly cordial. It felt more like a discussion than Q&A. Interview was completely DAF based as expected of Dasa sir.

Mocks: Gave many (mainly for speaking practise). Samkalp,Vajirao, nextIas, chahl, forum etc. all were good in one way or the other but samkalp , vajirao and chahl stood out.
O2O: again many. Mudit jain sir and satyam jain sir (DAF filling), sajal sir, bhawani sir, Ayush sinha sir.
