2. You missing two important components and upon being hinted said Jail Administration
3. Have you ever been to jail? ( Started laughing and then chairman gave a stern look and he stopped)
4.What were your observation when you visited jail? (Said high no. of people with petty crimes, POCSO cases)
5. I don't even consider POCSO as a relevant provision anymore unless it's explicitly rape. What else type of criminals you saw? ( Said many theft and robbery undertrials and murder convicts. Not sure how to improve on this yet maybe more analysis and discussion will give some clarity. This was my 2nd attempt and 1st interview

3. Give me specifics of brain evolution, as to whether size or complexity should increase as our brains are already most compact?
4. What specific evolution would solve the issue of painful birthing process in human females?
5. Our society focuses much on rote memorisation, which hampers the development of thinking. What do you think about the same?

Experience: It felt cordial. Towards the end, pressure was increased. I hope I kept my composure. Hoping for the best.
