Chairperson: you play Tabla, Harmonium, Piano, you sing classical as well as light vocal, Ye sab shaukiya taur par karte hain ya professional training li hai. I said sir Instruments Shaukiya taur par bajata hun aur classical me 2/3 years ki training li hai. He asked, my teacher use to say me I don’t have ear for the music. Tell me what did she mean by it? I said something in which he asked me Which music you have ear for? I said sad but romantic. He said no no and can’t recall what he said. Then I further said old classical. He asked aaj kal new generation 2/3 saal naye gaane sunne ke baad old classical par hi swich kar jaati hai. what is the reason? I said sir those songs had a meaning jaise kisi ki muskurahato par ho nisar. Chairman: so I wanted to ask this question next. Its not just about melody, its both about lyrics and melody. But is it just about it? I responded sir mere guru ne bataya tha ki they use to take 2/3 years to practice for some songs: both singer and composer. He responded: I was listening to Javed Akhtar’s interview, vo kah rahe the unhone 2 minute me dhun bana di. Kya kahenge aap? Aap to kah rahe the 2/3 years practice karke banate the? I said that both can happen. In the latter, sometimes it comes intuitively to you. He said that’s what my teacher meant when she said I don’t have ear for the music. It didn’t come intuitive to me. Some discussion on that SC advisory opinion. Does governor has power to delay a bill indefinitely? I said no pocket veto and judicial review power to SC. He said is judiciary review really there? I said yes sir. Now next part of conversation. Why Indore had this water crisis? Where was the fault? What exactly was the issue? Why it got triggered? I was telling the story from basic, However, he wanted to listen just one sentence ki Sewage water Pine ke Pani me mix ho gaya in this answer. What problem it caused? I somewhere mentioned that the water had faecal. Faecal contains which bacteria? I said don’t know sir. He said E. coli. Have you heard about it? I said no sir. Member 3: How music therapy helps in treatment? What role Vaidik chanting can play in Music therapy. I didn’t know this. In which country some steps have been taken with regard to music therapy. I didn’t know but bluffed that I have red somewhere its Denmark. She said very good. Very short conversation just 3 questions from her.
Member four: what is Basic structure doctrine. First he was giving the background that you must have heard about 1973. There was a judgement Kesavananda Bharti.

The judgement didn’t define what constitutes Basic structure. Why it is not defined? I answered. Give me some examples of it. I said federalism and judicial review. How do you say Federalism is a basic structure. Centrally sponsored schemes are coming, states are complaining that there is over centralization going on. I answered. You have completed your graduation in 2025 only. Do you know about Arbitration and conciliation act? yes sir but I am not very good at it. an Arbitrator is appointed in which section? Answered vaguely. but you have completed your graduation this year only. You must have studied it. Yes sir 3rd year me padha tha 2 saal ho gaye. Ok. Lets talk about general things. Government is trying to do away with arbitration. Are you aware about it? sir I have not heard this. Rather I have recently red that Government is trying to constitute an arbitration counsel of India. There were also talks going on amending the act. Don’t you think this is a dilemma? At one side you are saying that government is promoting Arbitration and on the other side they are trying to do away with it. He gave the context. They are planning that 10crore se upar ke matters me Arbitration khatam kar dete hain. Do you think this is a good measure? I said no with my reasons.
Member five: it lasted quite long. Why took sociology after law? The one and only HR question. I said it was BA LLB and I have already studied sociology as a part of that course. I took some electives as well on sociology. He cut me shot and asked which elective? I mentioned climate capitalism. so he asked what is climate capitalism. I answered. What is rare about rare earth minerals. They are not rare. Then Why China have them India doesn’t? they are in abundance. I answered. He asked some more examples of climate capitalism. Then he shifted the conversation to make in India. Perhaps from rare earth he must have thought about supply chain and that’s where make in India. Asked about its successes and failure. I started with Success, Iphone assembly and some other points. He said, Assemble hi to kar rahe hain kaunse badi baat hai. I responded. He asked what else in make in India? Didn’t have any point at that moment and reluctantly said sir defence indigenization. As expected, the suicide was done and LT GEN Raj Shukla takes over from here.
Back to chairperson: 11 saal hog aye make in India ko aur abhi bhi 12 me se 9 products to China se import kar rahe hain ham kya indigenization ho raha? I said sir at least 3 to banane shuru kiye. Kuchh to progress hui hai and we have to start from somewhere. Achha to ham 10 saal me 1 product banaye and say make in India is successful? I answered. Sir: China is an autocracy and India is a democracy. They are very successful, they have great ideas. Why we don’t? I said sir hamare yahan kisi bhi project se pahle protest hote hain, environmental litigation hote hain, projects isiliye delay ho jate hain. Unki autocracy hai they can do anything. Shukla sir: achha matlab pahle to hamko autocracy banna padega.☠️☠️ sir we have examples of successful democracies jaise Europe USA etc. Hamare problem ye hain ki ham implementation bahut delay kar dete hain. He said, but China has better ideas and we don’t. Since the interview was about to end and from this conversation I felt he was too adamant to change his stance on China having better ideas than India, I stayed silent. Neither countered nor agreed.
Overall experience: I didn’t find the board cordial. Accept the female board member, rest of them were expressionless. Didn’t show even a single gesture of satisfaction throughout the interview.

t experience I had throughout the interview preparation. Sir not only takes the mock interview, but doesn’t leave you until you incorporate all the feedbacks given by him in your answers. Sir took my session for around 75 minutes or more which frankly nobody does.
Study IQ was also good up to the part of Dipak Vohra sir. This is for stress test and to get an experience close to actual interview. However not good for feedback.
