I said “ child nourishment “. He countered “ why not life expectancy” . I justified myself by giving age-sex pyramid argument.

6) your father is a retired teacher, so tell me why is it so that, we have high gross enrolment ratio in schools , but still we have very poor learning outcomes .

-PG degree ही ले जाना भूल गया 😐+ पता नहीं था कि DAF में mention सभी डोक्यूमेंट जाएंगे हॉलाकि बाद में जमा करने की छूट मिल गई ।

- 3 शत्रु बताने थे मुझे - तुर्की याद आया + दूसरा मैंने नॉर्थ कोरिया का नाम लिया ( चेयरमैन सरको थोड़ा अजीब लगा हालांकि मैंठीक से एक्सप्लेन नहीं कर पायालेकिन कौटिल्य के मंडल सिद्धांत से जोड़कर उसे शत्रु साबित कर सकता था लेकिन याद नहीं आया ) + तीसरा देश मुझे याद नहीं आया क्योंकि नेबर्स (चीन + पाक ) को हटा देने से शत्रु कम हो जाते है ।

4.मेरे उत्तर को फिर से काउंटर करते हुए कहा कि अंग्रेजों ने तो हमें बहुत सारी अच्छी चीजें सिखाई, आज यहां आप और हम उन्हीं की स्टाइल के कपड़े पहनकर बैठे है,कोई धोती कुर्ता नहीं पहनकर आया, हम सभी हर वाक्य में English के words use करते हैं तो क्या ये भी colonial mindset है
मैंने कहा कि sir ये सब भारत की लचीलेपन की विशिष्टता को दर्शाता है और colonial mindset वहां आता है जब कोई धोती कुर्ता पहनने वाले या फिर स्थानीय भाषा का use करने वाले लोगों के प्रति हीन भावना रखने लगता है।

So it felt like another mock interview.

What are Indias status in terms of aerospace in capacity?
I talked about missiles. India is one of the leading in development of missiles. Sir interrupted and started a long monologue that yes it is developing but India is not able to build a deterrence like China has.
Next I talked about Tejas aircrafts which is still not to our desired production capacity. Sir again started a long monologue on how HAL is paying very less amount to engineers to build AMCA program, brain drain.
He was asking what should we do about it? I was saying we need to bring private sectors and we are already doing it. Mentioned about drone startups and how they are innovating new technologies. Sir again interrupted then again gave a monologue on how we have bureaucratic inefficiencies that is creating problem. I agreed with him.
How is IIT Kanpur faring in aerospace? I said its one of the leading institutes and have unique facilities like wind tunnel facility.
How are the professors? I told that they are very renowned professors, when I was there.

Tell me about your project about airports. A discussion on that and how Indian airports revenue differs from global airports. Told that india is one of the most under served region and mentioned about UDAN scheme which is changing this. Then told that in India most of the airport revenue comes from Non Aero sources compared to global airports where most of it comes from aero sources.
What suggestion you gave? Talked about vision of converting airport as a destination hub rather than just a transit point. We must use the outside area to generate more non aero revenue. and said that most of my recommendations were along this line to improve customer enagagement.
