We can expect Rs.20 EPS for this year. When compare with other finance companies. This company has high level of asset amout than liabilities. Thats why fitch couldn't down grade this company. This company has many subsidiaries such as central industries , central homes, NTB bank etc....
Compare with other financial institutes bull run still central finance appreciate just a few amount 20% (after covid crisis prices ) first stage it shuld come to pre covid price(Rs.110 level) then it should gp to there fair value. I expected target price is Rs.200. (This is only education perpose. This is not a financial advise do your own research before buy.)

When compare with other banks NTB appreciate only few amount after covid drop. NTB is a fast growing bank. It has many diversified bank accounts majorly focus for corporate staff. currently it NTB has insurance backup savings account and investment plans but many other banks don't have that facilities. Implementing information techtechnoloy faster than compare with other banks. We can expect fast growth in future. Current NAV Rs.120.
we can expect over Rs.14 EPS.
Current price range is Rs.66-67. My target price-Rs.135.

Herd mentality - monkey story in English
One day, Merchant came to a village and he asked from villagers to buy some moneys and he wished pay Rs.1000 per monkey. Then people went to jungle and collect lot of monkeys and sell to that merchant.
After one week that same merchant came back to village and asked again monkeys and this time he wish to pay Rs.1500 per monkey. Then somehow villagers collected few moneys form jungle and sold to him. Now there are no any monkeys in jungle.
After one week, same merchant came back to village and this time he asked money to buy this time he wish to pay Rs.5000 but this time villagers couldn't find any monkeys in jungle.But merchant promised to people he will come next week when he come back he wish to buy moneys for Rs.5000 per monkey or more. Then that merchant send a another merchant and lorry with monkeys which he already bought from villagers. This merchant asked Rs.2000 per money from villagers. Then these villagers aggressivly bought these monkeys fro this merchant. because they thought they can easily sell this monkeys to previous merchant and get Rs.3000 gain per monkey. But that merchant never came to village agian.
People knew they lost money. But they never understood they were caught to fraud.
