According to current value, they give 7%(3.5/49) dividend yield to share holders. Currently they are building a new sunquick ready to drink factory. It is a joint venture project CW mackie put 51%capital and Co-Ro put 49%. Accoriding to financials CWM major income is sunquick trading business.They hope to start to open this factory manufacturing in2021 first quarter . Therefore in future, their profit will be increase big amount after this project. Then we expect more dividend income and capital gain after this project.

Due ti this case we can expect tourism sector stock boom in future. I think these days pandamic become maximize due to start of winter season. After march their winter is end. Then increase the temperature and continuous vaccination program we can expect improvement tourism sector.

This hotel is situated at highly tourism attacted aria.
Consider privious record . They can easyly earn above Rs 6eps Consider current price we can get high amout of dividend yeild in furture . Their debt is low. But current situation they have some cashflow issues. But we can expect this will solve when tourism sector booming.
