Job Description:

As a Junior Data Analyst at Cryptyd Games, you'll be at the heart of our mission to understand and optimize player engagement. Working closely with the game producer and our publishing lead , you'll dive deep into player behavior to uncover insights that drive development, targeting and user acquisition decision-making processes. Your role will be to deep dive into mountains of data and turn into actionable information points. The responsibilities will include:

* Gather, analyze, and present data on player engagements on various aspects of the game and on the publishing process. There are mountains of data points from advertising and attribution platforms to engagement, to in-game stats.
* Collaborating with various teams in the company to iterate various aspects of the game production and publishing.
* leveraging analytics tools such as Tableau or similar products to build and maintain operational dashboards. These dashboards will provide critical insights into game performance over time,
* Coaching the team on the importance and power of game analytics, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into every aspect of game development.
* The ability to learn and understand player behavior and preferences through A/B analysis and various similar concepts.

* Ability to understand and learn the game process, define product goals, and understand player motivations.
* Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau or similar products.
* Working with management to introduce initiatives based on key metrics and data analysis
* Passion for gaming and the games industry

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Collaborate with our talented team to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.
- Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest iOS programming techniques.
- Analyze and optimize UI and backend application code for efficiency and performance.
- Engage in the full life cycle of application development, from brainstorming and conceptualization through to testing and deployment.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Strong foundation in Swift and a basic understanding of its ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Entry-level experience in iOS development is a plus.
- A portfolio of iOS apps in the App Store is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- A positive disposition and a good attitude under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
