Brb, tuning into the sounds of spring 🐦⬛🎶
In the Northern Hemisphere, it’s the time of year when the birds are chattier than usual. As more and more migratory birds return to their nesting grounds, breeding season is getting underway, with male songbirds putting on their best singing voice in the hopes of attracting a mate.
In addition to helping birds communicate, birdsong can make us humans feel safe and connect us to our surrounding environment. Whether it’s the mourning dove’s coo, a kingfisher’s rattle, or an owl’s hoot, birdsong isn’t just music to our ears, it’s therapy for the mind. So next time you’re outdoors, make sure to tune into nature’s symphony.

The 528 Hz frequency, known as the “Love frequency”, holds a unique place in the realms of music, science, and ancient wisdom. It is recognized as one of the Solfeggio frequencies prominently used in religious chants and ceremonies dating back thousands of years. Many ancient musical instruments have been found capable of producing the 528 Hz vibration.
Beyond its sacred musical roots, the 528 Hz frequency finds significance in mathematics as a Pythagorean triple and its relationship to constants like pi and phi, which were revered by ancient builders and geometers. Intriguingly, this frequency has been measured as the precise vibration emanating from celestial bodies like the Sun and the planet Saturn.
From a wellness perspective, the 528 Hz tone is believed to have powerful healing properties. It has been linked to DNA repair and cellular regeneration at the molecular level. Studies indicate it can increase oxytocin, the “love hormone”, while decreasing cortisol, the stress hormone - promoting feelings of love, safety and trust. The 528 Hz frequency is thought to stimulate the heart chakra, removing negativity and fostering self-love.
Remarkably, the 528 Hz vibration has demonstrated the ability to cleanse and structurally revive polluted waters, as seen in the case of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. With its associations to sacred geometry, cosmic vibrations, and profound healing capacities, the 528 Hz frequency emerges as a powerful tool for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Peak-a-boo! The biggest fish in the ocean taking its share of a giant bait ball in the Indian Ocean.
My favourite part of this video is actually not the Whale Shark. But the many courageous Wedge tailed Shearwaters diving down deep to get their piece of the feed!
Wild places that remain wild like the Ningaloo Reef are hope that our oceans will once again thrive like once before.
This is my kind of wealth. A scenario no amount of money can buy. Heaven on earth.
