1. You must sign up for a Backpack Exchange account and complete the KYC verification process.

2. You must purchase or deposit at least 5 SOL onto your Backpack Exchange account.

3. You must stake 5 SOL for a minimum of 24 hours and be staked at 12:00 UTC, Nov 20, 2023.

4. Staking opens Nov 18, 2023 at 15:00 UTC. You must stake before 11:59 UTC on Nov 19, 2023 to be eligible for the drop.

5. Trading is expected to open on Nov 18, 2023 at 15:00 UTC.

#Allocation

1. If you meet our Eligibility requirements, and you own a Mad Lad (to be verified through wallet connection), you will be guaranteed to receive the maximum allocation.

2. If you meet our Eligibility requirements and conduct trading activities on Backpack Exchange, you will receive PYTH tokens in accordance with your trading volume, up to the maximum allocation.

3. All other verified users that meet our Eligibility requirements will have a chance to receive an allocation of PYTH tokens to be determined in our sole discretion.

4. PYTH tokens shall be distributed shortly before 2:00 pm UTC on Nov 20th, 2023.
