If we go lower, I will be looking to rebuy again from 0.90-1.1 dollars range

Don't be a bear, don't be a bull. Be the money maker, if the market is in uptrend/bullish, don't bullshit yourself by shorting, or spending time looking for the reversal top, or if the market is bearish/in downtrend, don't do that finding a bottom for reversal. Grab a bear and relax.
