From the average of all three entries given previously, we are still sitting at a 25% loss.

You can either hold this, and average down around 20 and 16 cents level, or, sell it when it comes to breakeven.
I am not aware of the project or where it is headed in a fundamental way, so I won't be very sure about it. But after a big run, these much corrections are always normal. So, just don't panic sell

We broke down the long going trend line support, and found the price retrace to the marked support levels.

ICP reached back the same place it was during may crash.
Along with that the reaction of the sell off wasn't that good, if you see the previous two times when the zone was retested, the upwards movement was rather quick.

In this case, if you wish to accumulate in spot, this does seem like a good buy, with DCA lower around 25 and 20 dollars.

Broke down one support, revisited the second one and jumped.

Overall both areas were a good buy zones.

We did manage to break the trend line acting as resistance, however, we are again below it.

I have used line chart to draw this, so don't complain about it being wrong.
