The other day there was a news that MicroStrategy (one of the largest BTC holders) got a plus on its investments. The company holds BTC worth $4 billion dollars. At the moment, MSTR is in profit of more than 50$ dollars.

Bitcoin is above $35k. What's going on with the market? 📈

Friends, yesterday BTC rose to a 1.5 year high. Fear of lost profits is raging in the market, and the latest Bitcoin forecasts are encouraging. For example:

• Robert Kiyosaki - predicts growth to $135,000
• Arthur Hayes - $1 million by 2026.
• Standard Chartered - $100,000 by the end of 2024.

📊 Why is bitcoin rising at all? It's mostly being pulled upward by rumors of the imminent approval of bitcoin-ETFs. Applications for these funds have been submitted by the world's largest investment companies. For example, BlackRock, which manages $10 trillion. And in general, a spot bitcoin ETF is very much awaited in the crypto world: it will help increase liquidity, trust and availability in the market.

However, so far there is none of this. The SEC (US Securities and Exchange Commission) is rejecting these applications so far. So why is it growing?

⚫️Perhaps the market senses the near approval of ETFs. For example, the day before yesterday it became known that BlackRock registered its spot Bitcoin-ETF with the DTCC, i.e. the depository. This is a key step before its official launch to the market: it is assumed that BlackRock has started accumulating Bitcoin, i.e. it is preparing for the launch of the fund. It turns out that Bitcoin is once again growing on rumors. And BlackRock, having not launched anything yet, is letting people earn money now.

⚫️At the same time, the bitcoin bull cycle is already planned, and the spot Bitcoin-ETF will only add fuel to the growth, as more money will enter the crypto through it.

🔤 So what do we do?

• accumulate Bitcoin at any price while the world is changing - YES!
• buy it because it is growing now - NO.

It would seem that the cryptoworld keeps winning victories over the SEC: Ripple, Grayscale. However, the U.S. regulator can still continue to hand out denials on ETF applications.

A growth signal for Shiba 🦮

Friends, along with BTC's recent rise, altcoins have also picked up, with Solana (SOL) standing out among them, surpassing the rise of Ethereum (ETH) and XRP.

🔤 I found one fascinating tweet today. Analyst Ali Martinez shared his new post about the Shiba Inu token (SHIB). He noted that the TD Sequential indicator gave a buy signal for SHIB and called it a bullish signal.

In addition, the analyst pointed out two previous occasions when this indicator gave a buy signal for SHIB and after them the price increased significantly by 118% and 71% respectively.

It's time to short 📉

Friends, hello everyone. Now I came across one interesting coin - MAGIC.

↗️ I saw a strong level on the coin at the price of 0.5900. Earlier it was as a support level, but now as a resistance level. Also on the chart you can see the range in which the coin is trading: from 0.4200 to 0.5960.

⚫️Now the price has broken the level of 0.59960 and made a false breakdown. We did not see any impulse after the breakdown. This is a good signal to open a short position.

Will there be a rocket? Perspectives and thoughts 🚀

Friends, I spent a couple of days analyzing markets and their history, macroeconomics and venture capital investments. So, now I want to briefly talk about the market outlook. (this is just my view)

🥅 Let's start with a scenario that is very unlikely to happen
During this scenario, market capitalization will grow by x10 and most of the tokens will grow by ~x30-x50. Of course there will be 100-200x rockets like SOL in the last cycle, but we are talking about a larger mass of altcoins.

What will happen is full adoption and regulation of crypto. Then and only then will stock money start flowing into crypto en masse and openly.

📦 Realistic scenario
The adoption of blockchain and cryptocurrencies in real life will happen. This will show investors that crypto is a future technology that has potential. By doing so, they will start investing their money in crypto more actively.

In that case, I'd like to see ~x15-x30 to the portfolio and a $5-7 trillion capitalization.

💵 The poor scenario
It is that the market will grow by ~4x, or at best to 10x. In that case, capitalization will not grow above its past market cycle peak.

These are the thoughts at the moment. Given the macro situation, we dare to wait for the printing press in 2024, which will steamroll the market, at least to a moderate appetite.

The 5 stages of Bitcoin halving 🪙

Friends, I have already talked many times about such an important event in the crypto market as halving. Today I decided to tell you about all the stages of halving and why it is important. It will be interesting!

🔤 Bitcoin halving is an event during which the Bitcoin blockchain reward is halved every 210K blocks or every 4 years. This helps maintain the total supply of BTC (21 million coins in total).

The processes occurring in the cryptocurrency market are largely dependent on halving and go through 5 main stages:

1️⃣Pre-halving phase
The period during which a deep pullback in the bitcoin price can occur. The period is usually set 140-200 days before the halving. Earlier in 2015, this phase saw a 24% drop in the bitcoin price and a 38% drop in 2019.

2️⃣ Preparatory rally
Approximately 60 days before the halving, the rally phase comes during which investors actively buy BTC.

3️⃣ Preparatory pullback.
On the same rainbow diagram, this is the dark blue zone, i.e. the zone of selling the coin at a cheap cost. In 2016, the rollback in this phase was -38%, and in 2020 it reached -20%. In previous periods, it was these pullbacks that made investors wonder if halving was affecting the bitcoin price.

4️⃣ Reaccumulation
The preparatory pullback is followed by a phase of prolonged reaccumulation, on the rainbow chart this is the red zone, i.e. the period of "bubble territory". At this time, many investors stop seeing investment results and begin to leave the market in frustration.

5️⃣ Parabolic Growth
During this phase, bitcoin moves into the green growth zone and often makes highs. This is exactly what happened 1.5 years after bitcoin halving in 2020: the price reached an all-time high of $68,789.63 in November 2021.

❕  Right now, being in the pre-halving phase of bitcoin allows us to monitor the market and make more informed decisions.

➡️ Naturally, it will not be pleasant for your body to fall back to a lower level. So when you come back from vacation, your brain will start working in a completely different way. After all, otherwise, there is simply no way to get a new portion of dopamine and bright positive emotions. Thus, taking the body "hostage".

🟠"Buy when there is blood in the streets".

It is a famous saying of Rothschild, but for today's situation, it fits as well as possible. If the previous 30 years were the era of globalization, active cooperation of all -> super-fast development. Today, the situation is the opposite. I assure you, there will be many more upheavals. In crypto, economics, geopolitics. But no matter how critical the situation is, there should be no fear.

Dump is close: there was a divergence of BTC and SP500 😯

Friends, I don't know how often you open the chart of the American index, but the following situation has developed: for the third month in a row SP500 closed with a decline. This is the first time in the last 10 years that the index gives 3 red candles in a row.

⚫️The second point is that this month is marked by a complete decoherence of the SP500 and BTC. BTC is up and the index is down. I think everyone knows that often these two assets have been moving almost the same way for the last years.

🔤 What can this tell us?

I am not going to write scare stories like "the bitcoin is being crowded in so that the big whales can sell their assets", but I will say something else. This behavior of the SP500 index, of course, indicates that the economy is not healthy and that we have something wrong.

As a rule, the logical end of such a prolonged and long decline is a sharp and accelerated downward movement. That final dump that we all love so much. History teaches us that eventually, when the Fed fights inflation and overheating in the economy, everything goes to its logical ending - the dump.

📍If that happens, of course already bitcoin will react to a sharp and strong move down in the SP500. I just want to warn you that globally, such a movement can be on the market. And you need to allocate your deposit wisely to be ready for such moves.

My opinion about Solana 🟣

Friends, my acquaintances often ask me: which token should I buy now in my portfolio? And when I ask them the same question, for the sake of interest, many mention such a project as Solana (SOL). Now I will tell you my opinion about this project. Perhaps you will also be interested.

🔤 I will start from afar. For the first time in a year this project has caused a lot of attention, coinciding with the anniversary of the collapse of crypto exchange FTX, one of the largest investors in Solana, and the filing of accusations against the founder of the platform, Sam Bankman-Fried. This begs the question: how did Solana survive after that and is it worth buying now?

⚫️Solana has several reasons to hold positive momentum.
• Firstly, the project is highly sought after in the field of technical solutions. There is a particular focus on developments in decentralized finance (DeFi) and NFT. This is very important.
• Secondly, Solana has managed to recover from the losses associated with the collapse of the FTX crypto exchange. This shows that the project's community believes in future growth.

Initially, the FTX crypto exchange collapsed in November 2022, and this had serious consequences for Solana, as FTX was one of the main investors in the project. However, the development team managed to cope with the difficulties and put the project back on the road to recovery. The emergence of the FTX court ruling was also a contributing factor to the growth. The FTX founder was found guilty of all charges and this freed Solana from the pressure of a strong partner.

📍 Now that SOL is free from the pressure of a powerful partner, the fate of the project no longer seems uncertain. This situation increases the investment attractiveness of Solana.

Personally, I have this token in my portfolio. I believe that this project can show at least 3X in the next bull market. (this is just my opinion and not financial advice).

A user lost over $700,000 due to the actions of a MEV bot 💸

Friends, today I came across an interesting story related to MEV-bot. Let me first tell you what it is, as many people may not know.

🔤 MEV (Maximum Extractable Value) is the value that a miner or validator can earn extra by changing the order of a transaction.

⚫️Let's get to the story. One unknown user lost $700,000 due to the actions of a MEV bot. He created a liquidity pool of WBTC-CRV tokens on Uniswap and mistakenly set the rate per CRV to $1.

He then added $1.56 million worth of liquidity to this pool in WBTC token. The transaction attracted the attention of MEV bots, which bought all of his tokens in 12 seconds. The bot paid the validator $527,000 for the transaction, and its premium on the transaction was about $260.

📍Thus the user received 1.56 million CRV, which in turn amounted to $700,000 at the time.

BlackRock pumps the market 📈

Friends, I think many people have already heard the news that BlackRock has registered Ethereum-ETF (iShares Ethereum Trust). There was no confirmation yet, but this news poured positivity into the market.

Now I want to bring you one important thought. In my opinion, in these market realities, the adoption of BTC ETF is one of the most important events. It is even more important than halving.
