I decided to dedicate a separate post to methods of cheating on the crypto market.
This is a very important topic, because someone really earns on it, which means that all the time there are victims who lose money. But I sincerely do not advise you to earn on scam, the purpose of this post is just a warning against losses.
๐ด There are a huge number of types of scam, but I will list the main ones that a newbie in crypto can fall for:
1๏ธโฃ Creating a new crypto channel, warming up the audience and breeding subscribers into a newly created coin, which according to the smart contract cannot be sold. As a result, people are left with millions or even billions of coins that are not only almost worthless, but also impossible to sell.
2๏ธโฃ A message in a PM with a link to buy a token or connect your cryptocurrency wallet to the site. About the same as 1 point, but the scam cycle is much faster.
3๏ธโฃ Creation of project duplicate pages and further, see point 2.
4๏ธโฃ Theft of assets from wallets with the help of viruses (crazers, etc.). This often happens when you connect your wallet to an unknown and unverified site.
It's absolutely true that there are a lot of scammers in crypto. And they make a lot of money only because of our naivety and inattention.

Tools for cid-phrase recovery๐ก

Hi everyone, today let's talk about seed phrase security and recovery tools .Experiments have shown that if three words or less are missing, this is an easy task for a common software. The bad news is that if most of your cid-phrase is in the hands of attackers, they can use this method too.
๐ฉ Recovery is done by normal brute force. The BIP 39 list contains 2048 words, combinations of which are used to form all cid-phrases. Let's consider the number of combinations for enumeration and its maximum time depending on the number of missing words:
- 1 word missing: 2048 variants (2048^1). Time estimate: 6 seconds.
- Missing 2 words: 4,194,304 variants (2048^2). Time estimate: 90 seconds.
- Missing 3 words: 8,589,934,592 variants (2,048^3). Time estimate: 2 days.
- Missing 4 words: 17,592,186,044,416 variants (2048^4). Time estimate: 10 years, and here the window of opportunity is clearly closing.
โ Now to the tools. For the purposes of this post, we'll look at two: Seed Saviour for single missing word recovery and Btcrecover with more advanced features.
1๏ธโฃ Seed Saviour works simply: go here, insert a Seed with a "?" in place of the missing word phrase and pretty quickly the tool will suggest all possible words and associated addresses.
2๏ธโฃ BTCRecover is used for more complex scenarios, including when you don't remember the public address of the wallet. To install, you will need to unzip the archive from GitHub and install Python. Detailed instructions can be found here. The program supports different types of wallets from BTC to ETH and Dogecoin.
๐ซ Can a hacker guess the initial phrase from scratch in this way? The chances of this are close to zero, with 12 words missing the number of combinations would be 340,282,366,920,938,463,463,463,373,374,607,431,768,211,456 (2048^12), leading to an estimate of a maximum time of a couple of eternities.
๐ณ The reviewed software is completely open-source, the code can be explored on Github. Nevertheless, don't forget about precautions and don't insert sids from major wallets without real need, especially if you can't check the code yourself.

๐ข The most expensive cryptodomain ever was paradigm.eth, sold for $1.51 million (420 ETH). Second place went to 000.eth, which cost the buyer (and brought the seller) $320 thousand. Third was abc.eth - the most expensive three-letter domain, sold for $250 thousand. Next come deepak.eth ($220 thousand), porno.eth ($204 thousand), mazars.eth ($195 thousand), artdao.eth ($194 thousand), sapdeutschland.eth ($179 thousand), ensmaxisnft.eth ($166 thousand) and opensea.eth ($164 thousand).
๐ข The top ten most expensive crypto domains are currently only ENS, although the study also analyzed Unstoppable Domains, SpaceID and Lens.
๐ข The most expensive of the Unstoppable Domains were business.crypto ($120k), sex.crypto ($90k) and sex69.crypto ($69k).

Lybra Finance. A one-day project or a bright future?โก๏ธ

๐ฉHey, everybody, this is Traysi. Today I made a review of Lybra Finance project for you, let's see how promising it is
The Shanghai upgrade led to the development of the LSDfi segment, as it made it possible to withdraw blocked $ETN. At the same time, liquid staking protocols appeared on the market, which quickly found a use for the freed assets. Thus, the leader among them was Lybra Finance project with TVL of $328 mln, which is almost half of TVL of the whole LSDfi.
๐The protocol has its own $eUSD stablecoin, pegged to the US dollar, which generates income for its holders. The principle of its operation is that holders steak their $ETH, receiving in return $stETH, and those in turn become collateral for the issuance of $eUSD. Therefore, the higher the yield of steaking $ETH on Lido, the more profit $eUSD makes. The protocol also has its native token $LBR, which in May showed a growth from $0.20 to $4 in just a few weeks.
๐ชThe project team claims that $eUSD generates a yield of around 9.14% APY, but the current yield of liquid steaking in Lido Finance is 3.9% APR. This is due to the extreme collateralization of stETH as collateral (minimum 150%), and the yield itself depends on the volume of $eUSD issued.
๐This type of earning attracts investors, but it is not without certain risks. The first thing that catches the eye is that its liquidity on Uniswap, for example, is only $2.2 million, and you can buy only $560 thousand $LBR.

Binance: disappointing outlook ๐จ

Friends, hello everyone. Today I decided to share with you a couple of interesting thoughts about Binance. In brief, the situation of the exchange is not the best.
๐ After yesterday's situation with Huobi, I decided to consider the "economic state" on other top exchanges. Binance was the first. This year the exchange has been quite stormy and, as a consequence, caused a significant decrease in trading volume.
โบ It all started about a year ago when they were affected by the bankruptcy of Celsius and Terra. Then Binance, to somehow even things out, expanded its zero commission promotions to $13 pairs of $BTC, but this didn't help much, but instead led to additional costs. At the moment, the exchange is mainly focused on trading TUSD with no commissions.
๐ The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a lawsuit against CZ. The regulators wanted to completely deprive the exchange of the US market and accused it of facilitating illegal activities and trade manipulation. There were even rumors of shutting down BinanceUS, but in a vote, the team did not come to a unanimous decision to liquidate the company... .

โซ๏ธ MicroStrategy holds the most BTC at 152,333, which is roughly $456.7 million.
โซ๏ธ Marathon Digital Holdings increased its bitcoin balance by 28.94% (from $10,054 BTC to $12,964 BTC).
โซ๏ธ Hive Blockchain was the only company that reduced its assets from 3091 to 2332 by selling 759 BTC.
