Remember, I did a post about "What is airdrop". Well, it's no secret that whales (people with a lot of capital) can often anticipate different events. They have a lot of connections, assistant analysts, etc. Often, their movements reflect the mood or future events on the market, because it is no secret that they have more insides than ordinary users, so by their steps we can predict future market signals. Including possible future airdrops.

😀Go to DEX Screener and look for pairs, which increased in price lately and copy from it the address of the token, which showed the biggest growth.

😀 Next, go to Bubblemaps and paste its address. Identify among all the wallets of all the major holders of this token or active wallets in recent days. Copying the addresses of these wallets.

😀 Go into Zerion and paste those wallet addresses we copied from Bubblemaps. We analyze their transaction history by coins, entry and exit points. We also track other big wallet muves on other sites and networks.

Unlocking tokens: how it works?🔒

Unlocking is the release of tokens that were previously blocked as raised investments. We can say that it is a certain period of time during which the asset cannot be used for a transaction.

🎛 The purpose of token unlocking: the long-term maintenance of the stability of the asset's price. This prevents large holders of tokens from selling them en masse, collapsing the price.

There are 2 major unlocks coming very soon:

🔮 1INCH - set to unlock 249.8 million tokens on June 2. That's about $100 million, or 16.6% of the total supply. That's a pretty big volume.

🖼 Blur - will unlock $101.8 million of its BLUR tokens on June 14, 2023. 6.5% of the total supply will be added to the circulating supply.

⚫️Many newbies may think, "OK, big unlocks are a good opportunity to make money on a price drop." It's not that simple!

❗️Unlocking is not an indication, that token will be dumped, (to pull down the price of asset)! Often, exactly the opposite happens and depends largely on the work of the market maker and on how investors believe in the project. The market maker can raise the price of the asset before unlocking, so that after the tokens have been unlocked, the price returns to its previous value.

So be careful in the market and don't turn your money into market maker fodder!

Chinese narrative is the assumption that China may soon fully lift the ban on the use of cryptocurrencies and billions of fresh investments will come to the crypto market.

➡️The crypto space has begun to actively sway the info-field around it and here's why:

• Last year, Chinese cryptoprojects have shown themselves to be strong;
• Liquidity reserves increased, leading to increased speculation on "Chinese coins."
• Hong Kong announced a $6.4 million investment in Web3;
• Many talented developers switched to Chinese crypto projects because of pressure on the market from U.S. regulators;
• Hong Kong hosted a massive crypto festival with 300 speakers, including CZ from Binance and almost all major projects + venture capital funds.
• The Chinese government changed the rhetoric on the topic of crypto as well, and to quickly restart the economy after long quarantine restrictions, turned on the printing press, just as the U.S. did in 2020.
• On Feb. 17, China added 835 billion yuan ($121 billion) of liquidity to the market through bond repurchases, the largest single infusion since 2004.

As for Chinese crypto project tokens, always analyze its volume, where it trades, its social metrics on LunarCrush, namely which country the biggest investors are from.

⚫️Keep in mind that Hong Kong crypto exchanges have been offering their services to regular customers since June 1. Hong Kong authorities have already received more than 150 offers from market participants and if altcoins catch this trend, we can expect coins related to China to show high results.

New Binance FUD 💸

According to Bloomberg, the SEC is suing Binance and CZ for violating U.S. securities regulations.

Cheated with a scam token 😧

Friends, I recently talked to a friend of mine and he told me a very enlightening story. How he was cheated with a scam coin. I decided to share it with you to protect you from such cases.

🔤 Further the story will be told in the first person:

"In one telegram channel there was information that there is a coin on Pancake Swap (DEX) with good growth potential. And without thinking for a long time I went to 500$ to look at it, as there was a complete instruction on how to buy the coin. There wasn't much information on the internet, but I found some site that wrote about this coin. I saw it going up, and without thinking long, I added another $1,500 to it. Then I realized that I can not convert it back, because there is not enough slippage. Found some groups with information that said it was a scam.

I have already put up with it, but realized how easy it is to lose money at nothing, just because of stupidity. I was on crypto course where I was told about security and I got inadvertently caught on such a simple scam scheme."

‼️ Quite a common type of scam using fake tokens. Fraudsters create tokens on DEX exchange Pancake Swap and start aggressively advertising in various telegram channels under various pretexts.

🔴It doesn't matter how many X's they promise you. It's important to understand that all of this is a scam that can leave you with no money. No normal telegram channel will force you to buy something and moreover to promise an infinite growth of a coin rate.

Bump on Binance and Coinbase 💸

Gathered for you the main details of the erupted battle between the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the two main crypto exchanges.

➡️ The court granted the SEC's motion to freeze the assets of Binance US. Binance US must return all assets to customers within 10 days. The SEC also asked the court to freeze the assets of Binance and CZ. But that decision was not granted.

⚫️Also, SEC lawyers alleged that two Binance subsidiaries in the United States, BAM Trading and BAM Management, were controlled by Zhao (CZ) and made "illegal profits" of $420.4 million in the form of trading profits and venture capital financing. The assets of those companies have now been frozen, too.

↪️ Meanwhile, Coinbase said it's ready to get into a legal battle and is threatening to sue the SEC in the U.S. Supreme Court as the government agency expands its crackdown on tokens it considers registered securities.

What is tokenomics for? Basic concepts 📊

Here's TREYSI. Today I want to tell you in more detail about one of the most important aspects of a project that you need to consider when analyzing - tokenomics.

➡️ Tokenomics is a kind of business plan for a token. It spells out the interests of all the participants who are interested in promoting the project: investors, users, founders of the coin, developers, etc. Its essence is to find and describe the economic value of the token.

↪️ Tokenomics should answer the questions: what is the total volume of token issuance, how and to whom it is distributed, at what interval will be unlocked and many other points that affect its marketability.

Basic terminology:

• Total Supply - the total number of coins that are already in circulation + newly mined coins that are not yet on the market.
• Token Allocation - part of the applications to buy new tokens during an IDO.
• Team - coins that the team takes back for their contribution to the project.
• Liquidity - are the coins needed to hold the price of the crypto-asset on the market.
• Token Price - the price of a coin, which is determined specifically for funding rounds such as Pre-seed Round; Seed Round; Private Round, etc. These initial investments allow the project to develop further, while the price is formed based on the economic model of the project and serves to attract new investments.
• Total Round Raise is an indicator of how much money the project can attract from a certain round of financing.
• FDV of the Round - this is an approximate preliminary assessment of the project, assuming that investors will start to invest in it now, taking into account the price of a coin in a particular round.

💸 There are not a few more nuances, which are connected with tokenomics. It is made by experienced specialists, and founders pay them huge money for it, because the further fate of their project may depend on tokenomics. That's why it is carefully studied by both big investors and ordinary users.

What we know about SEC's lawsuit against Coinbase. The end of the crypto market? 😯

No sooner had we recovered from the Binance scandal than the SEC attacked Coinbase, stating that the exchange acts as an unregistered broker and allows clients to trade securities.

🔵It turns out that any cryptocurrency exchange can be sued now. For example, the SEC is accusing Coinbase of selling securities through its stacking system, with ETH labeled as one of those securities.

🔵What inflames the situation is that Coinbase is particularly vulnerable to SEC lawsuits, as the exchange earned nearly 80% of its revenue in the U.S. last year. If Coinbase loses a lawsuit, their business model will come to an end.

🔵Coinbase stock plummeted after the news of the SEC lawsuit and that the outflow from crypto exchanges was ~$4 billion.

Only DEX seems to have benefited from this whole situation, but their regulation is also a matter of time...

🔵Coinbase CEO is proud that it is his company that will defend all crypto industry in court: "SEC checked our business and let us become public company in 2021. Risks to DeFi and how to limit them 🥅

This post may not make sense to everyone, but try to get into it anyway. It will be helpful.

⚫️DeFi has great potential, but it's not really safe for mass adoption at the moment because of repeated hacks and exploits.

One example:

• Synthetix was attacked by Oracle on June 25, 2019, causing about $37 million in damage (the attacker returned the stolen funds after negotiations).

🔵Oracles are services that connect blockchains to the outside world: decentralized applications, other blockchains, trading venues, etc.

⚫️Chainlink currently plays a major role in leading DeFi projects such as Aave, Synthetix, and Yearn. If there is a serious problem with this oracle project, the whole system will be affected. But the crux of the problem is not just security, but also the way the protocols are developed.

🔵The right thing to do for now is to develop protocols without oracles, which will make them more reliable and secure. In the long run, projects and companies will not trust protocols that depend on only one oracle, and oracle-free protocols will in turn enable users to use their own data retrieval channels. All the benefits of blockchain in one technology - zkEVM ⚒

The trade-off between compatibility, speed and security is a major challenge for blockchain developers. Often, improving the performance of one metric will spell the degradation of the other. One of the main contenders that intends to combine all of the aforementioned characteristics is zkEVM (zk-Rollup).

🟠zkEVM is an off-chain protocol that runs on top of Ethereum and is controlled by on-chain smart contracts, using ZK-Rollups technology.

🟠️The purpose of ZK-Rollups: to reduce congestion in the Ethereum main chain, resulting in faster and cheaper transactions.

This rollup works by combining a large number of off-chain transactions into one. The main chain then sends a "signal" to verify the transfer. The transaction is performed only after validation. From this comes one of the main advantages of ZK - safer transfers.

⚫️Not so long ago, Vitalik Buterin told about the impact of zkEVM on decentralization and security.

🟠zk-Rollup VS Optimistic Rollups

The main difference between rollups is transaction validation. ZK uses a cryptographic process. Each group of transactions provides proof of validity to the main blockchain.

And optimistic transmits transactions without calculations or checks. This results in a significant increase in scalability. However, if someone detects an anomaly, rollup will be forced to check the transfer for fraud. Compared to ZK, such checking can create large delays.

⚫️Some of the highlights among zkEVMs are zkSync and Scroll. Both projects haven't reached mainnet yet, so there is still an opportunity to be active in test networks.
