There is a lot of talk in the press about postponing the trial almost to the end of 2023. This is to squeeze out the "impatient. The dates of the trial are not important. What is important is the very understanding that the parties can conclude a settlement agreement at any time, regardless of any dates. There is a "summary judgment" axe hanging over the SEC on the issue of "insufficient notice" (as we discussed above). I am not judging this situation by the timeline, but by the progress of the litigation. The timing is right.
