Bitcoin Dominance Analysis

Would love to re-start my crypto charting journey with your guys by posting Bitcoin Dominance Chart. Altcoins may have some nice gains over the next few weeks if this weekly closes below 52$ on BTC.D. Big bearish divergence and a failure to breakout at resistance.

This would be overall bullish and I’d expect BTC to pump after Altcoins catch up a bit.

Influencers like Capo who keep on holding their bearish bias are still trying to make their minds believe that it's Euphoria (Local Top). I don't say that I totally disagree with that.

But what if it isn't Euphoria but the state of disbelief. Everyone who keeps dreaming of 20k might miss the true opportunity to buy bottom.

I'll be watching a certain coin's price action to decide whether it's euphoria or end of capitulation due to two years long downtrend.

Bitcoin bulls have managed to touch 30k mark yet again. We have re-entered into Range established by june-july price action. Even without any major news & after elimination of most big market makers, Btc has still managed to deliver such a great liquidity & Price Action. Although, nothing much convincing unless we close above 31.5k but as long as we don't close any daily Below August open, I feel this is how it would play out:-

A. We remain grinding 30k Resistance. The longer it stays there, the weaker the resistance gets.

B. One Positive news comes and we smash 30k. Then news volume disappoints which usually happens, we dip a Little , bears get convinced & confident that 20k is coming.They short the dip, gets comfortable

C. Bitcoin performs a massive short squeeze once sellers and shorter are exhausted, liquidating all Bears

Bitcoin corrected 5% after a 35% impulsive move and bears came with their everready 20k-15k targets. Well, imo nothing sort of that is gonna happen. Won't post two or three scenarios this time but will post the most probable one.

Funding is back to normal. I don't think we'll hit 31.5k before we hit first liquid inefficiency zone between 36.5k~37.5k. Thereafter we'll likely touch support at July High, grab some liquidity lower around 31k and then pump towards major resistance at 42k region and possibly can extend to 2022 open.


PS:- This is my personal opinion and any Trade you take based on this idea, you gotta exercise strict risk management on the same. Will share Premium setup with your guys in next post.
