Ethereum is shutting down its largest testnet, Holesky, after the upcoming Fusaka fork in late September. Active since Sept 2023, Holesky tested staking and updates like Dencun & Pectra.
The new testnet Hoodi is now live and will serve as the main playground for future upgrades. For smart contract & dApp testing, Sepolia is recommended. 🧐
Looking ahead:
▪️Nov 2025: Fusaka hard fork → faster, cheaper rollups
▪️2026: Glamsterdam upgrade → block time cut to 6s ⏱️

👉 Companies must now provide extra details on why they’re buying large amounts of digital assets and the risks involved.
👉 In some cases, Nasdaq may even require a shareholder vote.
👉 Failure to comply could mean trading suspensions or delisting.
Since early 2025, 124 public U.S. companies have announced plans to raise $133B for crypto purchases — most of them listed on Nasdaq.
