#BTC whale dumping is not going to happen.

Most of the funds in the wallet came from Bitfinex and transferred to various exchanges, including Huobi, Binance, Kraken, and Poloniex. If it's a transaction for depositing into Bitstamp, the funds had to flow into the exchanges' hot wallet or user wallet. This wallet is a cold wallet, and there is no clear evidence that is managed by Bitstamp.
