He believes issuers will make edits to the Forms S-1 required for product approval by 8 July. After reconsideration, the SEC will issue a verdict.

It could also take a few days for the regulator to make a final decision, Geraci added. Presumably, the final Form S-1 filings could be approved by 12 July. This means Ethereum-based ETFs will be launched on 15 July, the EA said in a statement.
